Discover the full potential of your shoulder joint as we delve into a comprehensive exploration of strength and mobility through practical exercises. We will also focus on strengthening the supporting structures such as the rotator cuff muscles and serratus anterior.
Through a blend of bodyweight exercises and light-weight training, you will be empowered to build resilience and stability in your shoulders. Additionally, some yoga poses will be added to further enhance strength and mobility.

Katherine de Boda studied both classical and contemporary dance since childhood, attending The London Contemporary Dance School and Royal Ballet in London, England. She has also studied yoga for over 30 years since the age of 9 (learning from books and her grandmother) and has trained in the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar yoga lineages as well as yoga nidra practices.
