Kathia has been studying and exploring movement for over two decades. Her experience as a dance artist feeds into her teaching style where she blends various movement modalities and invites participants to connect to sensation, groove, and express themselves authentically. Kathia holds teaching certifications in Barre, Pilates, Meditation, and Yoga.
