Join Janaki Banting for an evening of creative journaling, yoga practice, and self-reflection!
"This time of year often has me thinking about cycles—the deep winter, the moment after the exhale and before the inhale. I’d like to create some space in that moment for reflection. Can we examine our own cycles, can we move through them with intention?
We will use a mandala as a frame to explore our own intuitive ways of moving our bodies and settling into yoga asana. Stepping between movement, asana, and guided journaling and drawing, we’ll spend 90 minutes embodying the practice of svadhyaya, self-study." — Janaki
Janaki Banting is an interdisciplinary movement teacher, artist, and creative meditator. She draws from her years of experience as a dancer, musician, and gardener to offer yoga and meditation classes that are creative and engaging.
